Despite all the players Chelsea managed to move on either permanently or on loan over the summer, it seems they are not content just yet.
Ben Chilwell has remained at Stamford Bridge after the window slammed shut for most sides in Europe.
This is despite Chilwell having no way back to first team action for the Blues, a side who he was vice-captain of as recently as last season.

Marc Cucurella is very much first choice left-back at this stage, with Renato Veiga impressing enough since his summer arrival to be second in command.
This has left Chelsea still open to him leaving the club this month, with the transfer market in a select few countries still open.
Chelsea ask three Turkish clubs about signing Ben Chilwell
One of those is Turkey, and Sports Digitale have reported that the Blues have offered his services to three of their biggest sides.
They said: “Chilwell was suggested to Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray and Başakşehir. No response.”
Brentford were one of the sides who made late moves for Chilwell when the transfer window was open, however that interest went nowhere.
With many wondering why there is no way back for the England international, it is interesting to look back on some of the decisions Enzo Maresca made during the pre-season tour of the United States.
Enzo Maresca trialing Malo Gusto at left-back
The manager elected to trial Malo Gusto in an inverted left-back position, with Reece James the obvious first choice option at right-back.
It has been reported that the use of Gusto here is behind Chilwell being exiled from the first team picture.
He was also left out of the squad which is set to compete in the Conference League group stage, with an eye to the future being taken in their selection.
The likes of Kiano Dyer have their chance to make a statement to Maresca in games the club will be hoping are relatively comfortable throughout.
