There has been a refreshing element to the way Enzo Maresca has conducted his business since becoming the new Chelsea manager.
The new boss has been brutal when it comes to the futures of some of his first team players, shown on the first day of the season when he decided to leave Raheem Sterling out of the matchday squad entirely.
The Blues were able to find a new home for Sterling in the form of Arsenal, however this was not the case for some of their squad.
The transfer window remains open for some European sides, and there is a hope at Chelsea that they can still move Ben Chilwell on at some stage.
Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbache are reportedly keen on signing Chilwell, however any chance of a permanent sale seems to be off the cards.

No way back for Ben Chilwell at Chelsea
The fall out of favour for the full-back has been pretty sudden, with him previously being a very important player when fit since his £50m move from Leicester City.
Despite still being at the club, The Telegraph have claimed that there is no chance of him being reintegrated to the first team setup at Stamford Bridge.
Marc Cucurella has started all three Premier League games at left-back so far this season, with him continuing the fine form he has shown over the last few months for both club and country.
Renato Veiga is second choice at Chelsea
The role of his understudy has been taken by Renato Veiga, who joined the club somewhat under the radar this summer.
The youngster has impressed when utilised though, with his strong start to the campaign being recognised with a call-up to the Portugal national side.
He will have the chance to represent his nation alongside club teammates Pedro Neto and Joao Felix, and continue to put the pressure on Cucurella for a place in the Chelsea side.
