During Mauricio Pochettino’s opening few months in charge of Chelsea, very few players can say they’ve not been given the chance to show what they can do to the manager.
Changes did not come rapidly in the first few games of the campaign, as the manager looked to find a winning team and stick to it.
However, It quickly emerged that he was going to have to go back to the drawing board and tweak his system in order to get the best out of the squad that he had available.

This has seen the likes of Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk come into the team as regular starters, both so far repaying the faith put in them by the boss.
Despite those two youngsters enjoying successful beginnings to the campaign on a personal level, another attacker has found it tough to get his chance.
Chelsea should loan Madueke
Noni Madueke was disciplined earlier in the season for matters off-the-pitch, although it is hard to believe this hasn’t impacted his minutes since then.
Performances on the international stage have been very impressive for the England U21 star, with some questioning why this has not converted to more minutes at club level.

If chances to feature are only going to be at a premium for Madueke this season, the club should look to find him a good loan for the remainder of the season in January.
The quality he has shown since his £29m signing suggests he could be a starting player for a lot of the top teams in Europe, as well as the majority of sides in England if they are keen for him to continue to get Premier League minutes.
This will then see him come back with plenty of minutes in the tank, rather than sitting on the bench for the majority of the campaign.
