Overall, Chelsea can be pleased with how their first 10 games of the Premier League season have gone.
Chelsea have taken 18 points from those 10 matches and have a better goal difference than Arsenal, taking them to fourth in the table.

Enzo Maresca’s team have dropped points recently, though, drawing 1-1 with Manchester United last weekend.
Noussair Mazraoui felt that Manchester United deserved to win. Pedro Neto, on the other hand, not so much.

Chelsea were not happy with Manchester United draw
A draw at Old Trafford is never a bad result. And at the end of the day, that point that Chelsea earned managed to take them into the top four after Arsenal and Aston Villa’s defeats.
Nevertheless, Neto has revealed that his Chelsea teammates were disappointed that they could not win the game.
In an interview with Sky Sports, the winger said: “Of course we are really young but even in the last game [against Manchester United] you saw we were not happy with that draw.
“The players have the mentality to win. We knew we could have won that game and I think that mentality is important.”
The Blues could have won the game had Robert Sanchez not given away a penalty. There was one moment during the first half where Neto was not too pleased with Sanchez after the goalkeeper refused to give him the ball and set Chelsea on a counter-attack.
Chelsea did not deserve to beat Manchester United
Statistically, it was quite a close game. Chelsea dominated possession, but the two teams were near to each other in other areas.
For example, they registered roughly the same amount of shots, while their goalkeepers made almost the same number of saves.
Chelsea had more touches in the box and won more aerial duels, but Neto and the rest of the team’s attack definitely did not do enough in the final third to claim all three points.
| Manchester United vs Chelsea stats | Ball possession | Shots | Shots on target | Goalkeeper saves | Total touches in the box | Aerial duels won |
| Manchester United | 46% | 11 | 4 | 2 | 22 | 8 |
| Chelsea | 54% | 12 | 3 | 3 | 30 | 17 |
If it were not for a wonder strike from a midfielder, Moises Caicedo, the Blues would not have returned to Stamford Bridge with anything.
Neto and Chelsea being disappointed that they did not win the game, though, is certainly the right mentality to have.
