Chelsea defender Reece James has picked up a lot of injuries recently, but Mauricio Pochettino thinks he may have a solution.
Reece James has only started one game in the Premier League this season, which came against Liverpool all the way at the beginning of the campaign, because of a hamstring injury.
However, according to the Evening Standard, Mauricio Pochettino believes his training methods will help the right-back to finally get over his injury issues.

With James now being Chelsea captain and still such an important player for the club, it would be such a huge boost if the above happens.
As of now, the 23-year-old is currently fit, with Pochettino confirming that he will start against Blackburn Rovers in the Carabao Cup tonight.
Chelsea need Reece James to stay fit now
Chelsea’s season has been a disaster so far, with the club currently sitting 11th in the Premier League table.
It has been a campaign where Pochettino has had to contend with so many injuries.
While James may be back, the likes of Christopher Nkunku and Ben Chilwell are still out, though the former could return to action soon.

When you consider all of that, then, Chelsea really need James to remain fit now. If they are going to climb the table and have any hope of qualifying for the Champions League, then Pochettino needs all of his best players available, and James is undoubtedly one of them.
His attacking threat was on display in the only Premier League game he has started this season, with the England international making two key passes in his side’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool, according to WhoScored. Only Dominik Szoboszlai registered more on the day.
Having a right-back who offers that kind of threat could do wonders for someone like Nicolas Jackson, who has really struggled at times in the current campaign.
