Ex-Chelsea captain John Terry has made a big claim about one of his former teammates at Stamford Bridge.
Terry was an incredible player in his day and shared the pitch with some great footballers during his time at Chelsea.
The above includes the likes of Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard and Petr Cech. Lampard and Cech did not cost too much money either, proving to be bargains for the Blues.
Lampard is now the manager of Coventry City, aiming to win promotion to the Premier League with them this season.

John Terry makes John Obi Mikel claim
Terry also played alongside John Obi Mikel while at Stamford Bridge, hailing his former teammate as a “brilliant” player.
In fact, for Terry, Mikel was so good that the retired midfielder is still capable of doing a job in the Premier League today.
Speaking about Mikel on talkSPORT, Terry said: “He was brilliant and to have him in front of me playing was brilliant. He covered so much ground. I still play in ex-legends games now and stuff and he can still play. He could still play in the Prem, Obi, today, really, really top player.
“Those kind of, those holding midfielders like [Claude] Makelele… there are certain players in that role [who] don’t get the credit they deserve and Obi was one of them.”
Terry also spoke about Cole Palmer, sharing how easily the attacking midfielder won one recent training exercise at Cobham.
His form has dipped over the last few months and he is currently out injured. Palmer missed Chelsea’s 1-0 defeat to Arsenal because of a hamstring issue, but Enzo Maresca hopes to have him back after the international break.

John Terry names his top four Chelsea players this season
Terry has discussed a few of Palmer’s teammates as well, naming his top four Chelsea players in the current campaign.
When Terry was initially asked for a list of his top three Chelsea stars this term, the former England captain said: “Cole sticks out straight away. I think Enzo’s [Fernandez] been very good. Noni [Madueke], I think he’s done well this year. He’s done a lot better, been really direct. I like [Pedro] Neto as well, so those kind of three or four would be my top.”
Moises Caicedo’s omission was a big surprise. He has been one of the best midfielders in the Premier League this season. Several stats back that up.
For example, as per FBref, Caicedo has made 84 tackles in the top flight. Only two players have recorded more than the Ecuadorian.
Neto has come to life recently, but Caicedo clears him if you are looking at the season as a whole.
