Fabrizio Romano has claimed that some staff at Chelsea see Michael Olise as one of the best talents in the Premier League.
He told GiveMeSport that he is one of the names on the list of players they are looking to bring to Stamford Bridge this summer.
Reports in the last couple of weeks have seen Olise tipped to get a move to a big Premier League team this summer, something his talents have certainly threatened since moving to the Premier League.
The Blues are one of the clubs interested in a deal that could only cost them £35m, based on his reported release clause.
Manchester City have also been linked, with the void left by the recently departed Riyad Mahrez clear to see.
However, it has been claimed recently that Chelsea are confident they will win the race to his signature.
Chelsea staff amazed by Olise
His quality is something which is seemingly very appreciated at Stamford Bridge. Romano has claimed that some members of staff at the club believe he is one of the best talents in the entire league.
He said: “Yes, he’s on the list. He’s appreciated by Chelsea and there’s people in the club who really rate him as one of the best talents in the Premier League.”
Olise is not currently the only attacker linked with a move to West London this summer. They have also been reported to be interested in Mohammed Kudus.
Personal terms are reportedly close to being agreed between both parties, and it does seem as if Ajax have begun to accept he is going to be on the move this summer.
They will face competition for his signature too though, with Arsenal also linked with a deal.
