Chelsea are set to continue adding to their plethora of young talents in the upcoming transfer window.
The Blues have spent plenty of money under Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali to beat some of their elite rivals to the signature of some of the top talents in the world.
The highlight addition in this category so far has been Estevao Willian, who is already making appearances for the Brazil national team.
He will be part of the first team as soon as next season, and Chelsea really believe they have hit the jackpot with the signing of Estevao.
The Blues have also been looking closer to home too when looking to make additions to their young side, and are now reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Mathis Eboue from Watford.
Chelsea to sign Mathis Eboue after he rejected them for Arsenal
The 15-year-old has already featured for the U21s, and has three games and a goal under his belt for the England U16s side too.
According to The Secret Scout, he is a player the Blues have had an interest in for a number of years despite his age, with them looking to sign him as an Under 8, although he chose to join Arsenal instead.

Felix Johnston has described Eboue as ‘powerful’, whilst also crediting his goal threat.
He said: “Eboue looks an exciting player. Been ripping it up for Watford and England this season, already playing for their 21s and training with the 1st team at 15. 2-footed, very coordinated, excellent dribbler, powerful, great ball striking and eye for goal.”
Chelsea academy losing faith in the first team
There have been reports that the academy process are losing faith in their ability to be called up to the first team, with one of their top prospects leaving the club over the summer.
Rio Ngumoha made the move to Liverpool after a breakdown regarding his prospects at Chelsea, with John Terry stating that he believed the Blues had a lost a ‘top, top player’.
Chelsea will do well to not allow this to become a regular habit, with them currently in tense negotiations over the contract of Josh Acheampong.
