Reports suggest that some of Europe’s top clubs are beginning to queue to sign Chelsea’s Kai Havertz.
According to The Athletic, Blues owner Todd Boehly wants to sit down and secure his future soon, with there being just under three years left on his current deal.
The German international has certainly had an up and down time since making the move to West London.

Many poor performances and much criticism in the media can be countered with legendary moments in the club’s history, such as the winning goal in the Champions League final back in 2021.
Since the hiring of Graham Potter to the club, Havertz has impressed when given opportunities, none more so than at the weekend against Wolves.
Havertz attracting attention
The 23-year-old headed home the opener from a perfect Mason Mount cross to send the Blues on their way to a 3-0 win.
Despite not always being at his best in the two and a bit seasons with the club, The Athletic still claim that many of the top teams in Europe are interested in his talents.
Havertz will be hoping he is given an opportunity to impress again as Chelsea make the trip to Italy for the massive Champions League match with AC Milan at the San Siro.

A win would almost secure qualification to the next round for the Blues, in a competition where the German has enjoyed some of his best moments in a Chelsea shirt.
Potter is still trying to find his best position in his early games in charge of the club. Against Wolves, he was played as more of a sole striker.
However, he has featured in more of a supporting role to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at times, with that kind of position suiting him far more for his national team.
