There has been some criticism recently of Chelsea’s treatment of Raheem Sterling, however Simon Jordan has no objections to what the club are doing with their out of favour star.
Sterling was unable to secure a move away from Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window, after it became clear Arsenal were not interested in signing him permanently.
It was reported that Bayern Munich held late interest in Sterling, however he has seemingly made it clear he did not want to move away from the Premier League.
Enzo Maresca admitted there was no way back for Sterling at Chelsea, with him in the same boat as Axel Disasi after he also didn’t make a move away.

Simon Jordan slams ‘disgrace’ Raheem Sterling
Criticism came Chelsea’s way when Sterling posted a picture of him training late in the evening, with him excluded from first team duties at Cobham.
After claims that the PFA were investigating whether the player was being treated the correct way, Jordan told TalkSPORT that he believes the PFA are a ‘disgrace’, and Chelsea have fulfilled their obligations to Sterling since signing him.
He said: “I would ignore the PFA. Chelsea will know what they can and can’t do [with their players]. They don’t need this ridiculous little union to pop up with nothing to say about Alexander Isak. I think the PFA is a disgrace.
“Chelsea have fulfilled their obligations [to Raheem Sterling]. They bought the player, they’ve played the player and they’ve paid him. Has the player fulfilled his obligation? No. And now we have to listen to this garbage about his well-being.”

Simon Jordan is really not Sterling’s biggest fan
While there is sympathy coming the England international’s way, he will not get any from the pundit, who has not been impressed by his recent antics.
Jordan accused Sterling of prioritising his salary at Chelsea over playing football elsewhere, with him the highest earner at the club.
No one can force Sterling to leave, and he is entitled to earn his full salary until his contract comes to an end in 2027.
However, if he continues to choose to sit on his deal, he will not get much sympathy from the club, who are desperate to get him off their books.
