All the talk at Chelsea at the minute when it comes to making a new signing seems to revolve around potential strikers coming in.
The likes of Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, however the Blues are running out of time to get one of those deals over the line.
Many will point to the six goals they scored last time out against Wolves as a reason for why they should not be addressing this area of the pitch, and instead looking at the other end.

Frank Leboeuf has said he has not been impressed by either Levi Colwill or Wesley Fofana at the start of this season, with them being named the starting centre-backs for both Premier League games.
However, there is an undoubted amount of experience at the top level between the two of them, despite them both looking incredible players.
Some at Chelsea concerned about centre-backs
This seems to have been on the mind of those at Chelsea too. According to GiveMeSport, there are doubts over whether the club are strong enough there to really fulfil their potential for the upcoming campaign.
The Blues have previously been linked with Liverpool’s Joe Gomez, however it doesn’t look at this stage that they will be moving any further on that potential signing this summer.
Chelsea yet to properly replace Thiago Silva
Replacing Thiago Silva was always going to be a tough ask, with him knowing more about playing at the top level than most players in world football.
Chelsea still have a chance to move for Mats Hummels, who remains a free agent after his time at Borussia Dortmund came to an end.
The experience he can bring could be a great opportunity for the likes of Colwill and Fofana to learn from, whilst not taking away from their long-term prospects at Stamford Bridge.
