Mykhailo Mudryk is the best in the Chelsea squad when it comes to shooting in training.
That is according to Blues teammate Conor Gallagher
Mykhailo Mudryk, 23, is having a slightly frustrating season on the pitch.
The Ukrainian winger isn’t starting many games recently, scoring only four goals in 25 appearances across all competitions so far this campaign.
We would certainly be surprised if Mauricio Pochettino starts him in today’s Carabao Cup final against Liverpool. Incidentally, Pochettino is seeking to win his first trophy on Sunday as a manager in this country.
When asked who’s got the hardest shot in the Chelsea squad, Blues defender Levi Colwill told Sky Sports: “Both feet he can hit the ball so hard. No backlift either. It’s a joke.”
Afterwards, Conor Gallagher added: “In training his shooting is incredible. Technique is so clean. Left and right foot.”

From what we’ve seen in glimpses, Mudryk should be shooting much more in matches and has got to be more direct when he’s on the pitch.
It seems to us like there’s a lack of confidence in his game right now, so it would be great to see him make a match-winning contribution off the bench this weekend at Wembley Stadium. There’s no better way to win over doubters and critics than contributing in a big cup final.
Speaking via talkSPORT earlier this week, Gus Poyet praised Mudryk as a Chelsea player with “incredible potential”.
Meanwhile, speaking via The Rest Is Football a couple of months ago, Gary Lineker said that he does see something within Mudryk’s game that he does rate.
It’s great to hear from players that Mudryk’s impressive behind closed doors at Cobham, but supporters are desperate to see so much more from the rapid attacker on a match day.
We’re yet to see why he was such an expensive investment, but there’s flashes of excellence that do give the fanbase hope.
