Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea youngster Cesare Casadei will definitely not be leaving the club permanently this summer.
He took to Twitter to state that the player is happy at Stamford Bridge, and trusts the project currently going on.
There is a lot of faith regarding the future of Casadei at the club, with him coming in as part of Todd Boehly’s first transfer window as the club owner.

The Italian has also reportedly already impressed as part of the first team training sessions he was involved in before a loan spell with Reading.
It has been previously claimed that the Blues are now looking for a Premier League side to take him on, in order for him to improve at a level closer to where he will be playing as a member of the Chelsea squad.
Casadei not being sold
Romano has now claimed there are a number of offers on the table for Casadei, with all of the loan ones set to be discussed soon.
He said: “Chelsea will not include any buy option in Cesare Casadei’s next loan deal — this is the plan. Casadei, also happy at Chelsea and trusts the project.

“Many loan bids are on the table to be discussed soon. No talks with Juventus; they’re happy with their own talents.”
Chelsea supporters will be encouraged by the news that the player is encouraged by the plans currently in place at Stamford Bridge.
This is because many have just been given their first real look at just how good the youngster is, with his performances at the U20 World Cup in Argentina.
The tournament ended with him being handed both the golden ball and golden boot to congratulate his sensational personal achievements.
