According to The Byline, the Argentine has not been all smiles himself in his first season at Stamford Bridge.
Pressure is mounting on Pochettino and his position at the club after a string of underwhelming results and performances.
The loss at home to Wolves was the tipping point for some match going fans, who made their feelings known to the club as well as the manager.
It has been claimed that some members of the board at Chelsea are currently undecided over what is best to do with the boss, potentially hinting that the future is not looking bright for him.
There is at least the EFL Cup final for him and the players to look ahead to, with them preparing to face Liverpool at the end of the month.
Pochettino not liking life at Chelsea
The game presents the Argentine an opportunity to winning his first trophy as a manager in English football, and secure European football for next season in West London.
It remains to be seen whether a win would even guarantee him a place to stay at the club, or even if he would actually want that.
It has been claimed that Pochettino is believed to not have enjoyed his time at the club so far, with the relationship between him and those on the board not the strongest.
This is perhaps not unexpected when taking into account the recent January transfer window, where it has now been reported that he was keen for the club to sign both a striker and a left-back.
Obviously, this didn’t happen, with the Blues signing nobody and loaning out a number of players during the window who could have featured in those positions if selected.
