Chelsea have completed the signing of Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa, but their transfer business is not finished yet.
On Tuesday, it emerged that the Blues have had a £64m bid for Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott rejected.
Chelsea are keen on Scott amid uncertainty surrounding the future of Enzo Fernandez, who wants to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
However, Bournemouth are determined to keep hold of their star midfielder ahead of the new season.

One thing that makes Scott and Rogers appealing to Chelsea is their availability.
Last season, they were ever-present for Bournemouth and Villa respectively, whereas Chelsea had a plethora of players who were unable to stay fit.
Scott and Rogers only missed one game each in the Premier League, which is pretty impressive.
The Club World Cup holders have had issues in midfield, with both Romeo Lavia and Dario Essugo struggling to stay fit in the previous campaign.

Lavia made just 12 appearances in the Premier League, while Essugo was only able to step onto the pitch three times.
Scott has had his own injury problems in the past, but he has overcome them and proved to be an extremely reliable player for Andoni Iraola last term.
It will now be interesting to see whether Chelsea go back in with another bid or not. Their first offer was already quite a high one, but in this market, if Bournemouth do soften their stance, they are understandably going to want much more.
Mateus Fernandes has gone to Tottenham Hotspur for £85m despite West Ham United being in the Championship, while Spurs have also signed Sandro Tonali for £100m.
Manchester City paid Nottingham Forest £116m for Elliot Anderson, so that is another transfer Bournemouth will point to. Ultimately, the Cherries will feel that Scott is worth more than £64m.
