Reports have stated that Moises Caicedo is set to return to pre-season as a Brighton player.
According to LondonWorld, Chelsea are still a fair bit away from the valuation the Seagulls have put on their reigning player of the season.
It is widely expected that Caicedo will be on the move this summer after being convinced to remain at the club back in January.

He stayed despite interest from the Blues and Arsenal in his services, although this reportedly came with the promise that he would be allowed to leave this summer.
The Blues now seem to be the only side registering an interest in the player, after Arsenal have all-but confirmed their own big-money move for Declan Rice.
Caicedo Brighton pre-season plans
It has been previously claimed that Mauricio Pochettino has made the Ecuador international his number one target for this summer, in order to strengthen a position which has been butchered.
N’golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic have both secured their own lucrative moves away, leaving Enzo Fernandez and Conor Gallagher as senior options.

Whilst everyone at the club has been very impressed with the World Cup winner since he joined back in January, it has been recognised that signing someone who can complement his strengths would only improve him further.
The Blues will have been hoping to have secured their marquee summer signing before they went away to represent the club in the United States, where they have a number of fixtures lined up to prepare for the next season.
However, it looks as if the potential arrival of Caicedo will not come until later, with it likely that if he does join it will be far closer to the start of the Premier League campaign.
