Juventus are reportedly interested in signing one defender from Chelsea in the January transfer window.
However, it looks like the Italian club could have a hard time trying to convince him to leave Stamford Bridge.
Enzo Maresca will also be reluctant to let any of his centre-halves leave Chelsea next month, with Wesley Fofana currently out injured.
Fofana will not be back until the new year, the Chelsea manager confirmed in his pre-match press conference on Friday.

Axel Disasi happy at Chelsea
Heading into January, Juventus are one club who are thought to be interested in Axel Disasi.
It has been claimed that Juventus have already made an enquiry for Disasi as they look to strengthen their defence.
However, according to BBC Sport, the 26-year-old is happy at Chelsea and is not planning to leave the club next month.
Chelsea bought Disasi from AS Monaco in 2023, signing the Frenchman in a £38.8m deal.
Is anyone else interested in Axel Disasi?
Juventus are not the only club who appear to be interested in Disasi going into the new year.
It has been reported that West Ham United are also keen on Disasi, which makes sense.
The Hammers have struggled in the Premier League under Julen Lopetegui this season, while the France international is a strong, experienced defender who is familiar with the division.
Given that both Fofana and Benoit Badiashile are out injured, though, it is not a move that you can see happening right now.
Disasi has only made three appearances in the Premier League this term, but you would expect that number to increase over the next couple of weeks because of the above.
With Disasi behind Fofana and Levi Colwill in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, at some point the former Monaco man may consider his future. But for now, he could have a job to do while Fofana and Badiashile remain on the sideline.
