Another club now appear to be interested in signing Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah this summer.
Trevoh Chalobah has been linked to more than one outfit following Chelsea‘s decision to freeze him out of the first team.
Crystal Palace have identified Chalobah as a target, for example, though a move for him could depend on the future of Marc Guehi. The former Chelsea defender has been the subject of bids from Newcastle United.
Palace may not have forever to sign Chalobah, however, with one Champions League side potentially set to enter the fray for his signature.

Bologna interested in Trevoh Chalobah
Bologna will be in Europe’s elite competition this season and are looking for reinforcements, and that search could take them to Chalobah.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A side are interested in the 25-year-old and are now considering signing him.
Bologna have just sold Riccardo Calafiori to Chelsea’s London rivals Arsenal in a £42m deal so could do with another defender coming in.
Following his exile at Chelsea, Tony Cascarino thinks Chalobah is heartbroken at the moment.
Bologna could be a great move for Trevoh Chalobah
In an ideal world, Chalobah would probably choose to stay at Chelsea. They are his boyhood club, with the centre-back coming through the Blues’ academy.
However, there just isn’t any room for him after Chelsea’s decision to sign Tosin Adarabioyo and Renato Veiga. Excluding Chalobah, that is six options Enzo Maresca has for his central defence when counting all of the other players who can play at centre-back in his squad.
If Chalobah can get a move to Bologna, though, it will not be the end of the world. There, he will get to compete in the Champions League this season, while so many other former Chelsea stars have moved to Italy and thrived there.
Christian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Fikayo Tomori, who are all currently at AC Milan, are just a few recent examples.
