Chelsea could be set for yet another frantic summer transfer window in 2023. So, keep up to date on all of the Blues’ confirmed signings plus any loan exits and the players released here.

The Stamford Bridge natives enjoyed a record-setting summer last year as Chelsea fluttered a huge £278.5m on new players. Todd Boehly’s US consortium gave the Blues the keys to an incredible war chest as Chelsea’s latest owners and even spent another £323.5m in January.

Yet despite paying a British record £107m for Enzo Fernandez among their big-money deals, Chelsea ended the Premier League season in just 12th place. The Blues even took an all-time worst points total of 44 from their 38 matches, also played under three different managers.
