Chelsea have reportedly seen an offer for one player dismissed during this transfer window.
Chelsea could bring in at least one new face for their attack before the market closes at the beginning of February, with Enzo Maresca having a couple of dilemmas in that area of his squad right now.
Nicolas Jackson has stopped scoring, while Christopher Nkunku could be heading to Bayern Munich.
Mykhailo Mudryk is also still suspended, so it would not be a surprise if the Blues ended up signing another player for their forward line this month.

Chelsea unsuccessful with bid for Yeremay Hernandez
One attacker who appears to be on Chelsea’s radar is Deportivo La Coruna’s Yeremay Hernandez.
According to Marca, Chelsea have made a €10m (£8.4m) bid for Hernandez as they look to bring the winger in.
However, the same outlet reports that the Blues’ offer is not enough and that they must meet the player’s release clause if they want to sign him this month. That is the current stance of Deportivo director Masimo Bensassi.
“We are clear that he will only leave if they pay the clause,” Bensassi said on TVG via Marca.
Another winger who is being linked to Chelsea is Bayern Munich’s Mathys Tel. It is thought that Chelsea have already enquired about signing Tel.

How much is Yeremay Hernandez’s release clause?
While Chelsea may have failed with their first offer to sign Hernandez, the 22-year-old is still more than affordable for them.
According to reports, Hernandez’s release clause is set at £17m, a price a club like Chelsea can easily afford to pay.
The former Real Madrid youth player is having a great season at Deportivo. He has scored eight goals and provided three assists in 18 league games.
Ultimately, Hernandez could be one for now and the future. Currently playing in Spanish football’s second division, though, it could take some time for him to acclimatise to the Premier League, which is something for Chelsea to consider.
