Bayern Munich could raid Chelsea for one of their stars during the January transfer window.
One player whom they will not be signing from Chelsea, though, is 18-year-old Josh Acheampong.
Bayern Munich were monitoring Acheampong, but the defender has now signed a new contract with the Blues.
However, while Acheampong may not be moving to the Allianz Arena this month, another Chelsea player could.

Bayern Munich now in the frame to sign Christopher Nkunku
Christopher Nkunku has been heavily linked with a move away from Chelsea after failing to win a first-team spot under Enzo Maresca this season.
PSG are believed to be keen on Nkunku, but they could now face competition from Bayern for his signature.
According to TBR, Bayern and Atletico Madrid are now contenders to sign the 27-year-old this month.
The same outlet also reports that Chelsea would accept a good offer for him, so a transfer certainly looks possible.

Christopher Nkunku at risk of falling behind Marc Guiu in the pecking order
While Nkunku may not be starting for Chelsea right now, the Frenchman is still a quality forward.
When former Bayern midfielder Owen Hargreaves spoke about Nkunku earlier in the season, he said: “I know he has had his fitness issues, but he’s such a complete player — he’s a good finisher and technically very good.”
Yet with all of the quality that Nkunku has, that did not stop Maresca from turning to 19-year-old Marc Guiu instead of him on Saturday.
Chelsea were looking to kill off their game against Crystal Palace — which they failed to do in the end — but rather than replace Nicolas Jackson with Nkunku, Maresca opted for Guiu.
Before the game, Maresca stated that he wanted to give Guiu more game time in the Premier League.
“Hopefully we can start to give him some minutes very soon,” the Chelsea head coach was quoted as saying by Goal.
Clearly, Maresca has not been impressed with Nkunku lately and the France international now looks in danger of falling behind Guiu in the pecking order if he remains at Stamford Bridge.
That would be the ultimate humiliation, a £50m forward being overtaken by a teenager. Chelsea fans saw a glimpse of that humiliation at Selhurst Park over the weekend.
