Chelsea have reportedly made two different transfer offers to Manchester United for Jadon Sancho.
Sancho joined Man Utd from Borussia Dortmund in a £73 million deal three years ago but the move has not panned out at all.
He struggled in his first two-and-a-half years with the Red Devils before spending the second half of last season on loan at Dortmund.
The 24-year-old immediately found his feet at Signal Iduna Park, suggesting that United might have been the problem.
The Chelsea hierarchy must agree with that sentiment as they have made two bids to sign Sancho on deadline day.

Chelsea have made two offers to sign Sancho from Manchester United on transfer deadline day, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The first is a loan with an option to buy Sancho, while the other is also a loan but with an obligation to buy the winger next summer.
Romano says that the offers involve ‘different terms’, which is likely to mean that the Blues are keen to pay a lower transfer fee in the case of the obligation.
Chelsea would surely agree to a higher optional transfer fee as it would only be activated if Sancho has an impressive debut season at Stamford Bridge.

Jadon Sancho agrees personal terms with Chelsea
Romano adds that personal terms have been agreed between Chelsea and Sancho’s representatives.
The salary on offer to the United player is unknown but it is probably similar to the £150,000 per week that Moises Caicedo is on.
Raheem Sterling is currently Chelsea’s highest-paid player – £325,000 per week – but that is the key reason for the Blues wanting to get rid of him.
