Journalist Tom Barclay has told GiveMeSport that Crystal Palace have put an offer on the table for Wilfried Zaha to sign a new contract at Crystal Palace.
The 29-year-old is currently in the final year of his deal at Selhurst Park, after numerous transfer windows that have seen him linked with a move to a bigger club.
The latest one of those was this summer, where he was determined as a target for Chelsea, who were very much looking to strengthen their attackers before the summer transfer window closed.

New owner Todd Boehly was reportedly very keen to sign the forward over the summer, as they were linked to a number of leftfield options the Blues were considering signing.
Despite the interest, Zaha remained at Palace, where he has enjoyed an extremely impressive beginning to the campaign, being described as ‘unpredictable’ by BBC pundit Garth Crooks.
Zaha offered new Palace contract
The Eagles will now be even more desperate to keep him at the club, with Barclay claiming that they have put an offer on the table for him to resign.
He said: “He’s an absolute Palace legend. Palace are going all kinds of the right direction at the moment, and as Jack reports, there is a contract offer on the table for him.
“So, I wouldn’t be surprised if he did end up signing and staying for longer, which would be obviously fantastic news from Palace’s perspective.”

Anthony Gordon was another Premier League winger who the Blues were reportedly interested in, tabling a number of bids which were eventually rejected by Frank Lampard’s side, with the former Chelsea legend seemingly pricing the Blues out of a deal.
The Blues eventually settled on strengthening their attack with the deadline day signing of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang seemingly made based on Thomas Tuchel’s time working with him before.
However, the German has now been fired, leaving the former Arsenal and Barcelona striker’s future uncertain under the new man in charge.
