Chelsea may have to move quickly if they still want to sign one striker this summer.
Chelsea are currently at risk of watching Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran move to West Ham United, but he is not the only centre-forward who has caught the attention of both London clubs.
According to Fabrizio Romano, West Ham have agreed personal terms with Duran as they look to bring in the 20-year-old.
It was reported that Duran was a target for Chelsea, but a switch to west London now seems unlikely.
Chelsea’s interest in Duran has cooled by the looks of things, but West Ham could also sign another player who the Blues have considered before the transfer window closes.

West Ham could sign another striker who Chelsea have looked at
Julen Lopetegui and West Ham may have an alternative to Duran if they cannot get him through the door.
The Hammers also appear to be interested in another centre-forward, one who Chelsea have reportedly thought about bringing in as well.
According to GiveMeSport, West Ham could open talks this week to sign Lille’s Jonathan David.
The same outlet claims that Chelsea have also shown an interest in the 24-year-old and that he could cost £30m this summer.
It is not the largest price tag considering that David was Lille’s top scorer last season. But with the Canada international into the final 12 months of his contract, his employers cannot demand huge money for him.
How did Jonathan David perform in Argentina vs Canada?
David was in action in Canada’s Copa America semi-final tie against Argentina.
He could not help his country progress to the final after they lost 2-0 to the world champions, with the forward having a very quiet game.
According to WhoScored, David did not complete a single dribble or win one aerial duel, while he only managed to register one shot.
That does not mean Chelsea should completely dismiss the idea of signing him, though, with Argentina obviously being a very hard team to play against.
