One Chelsea player has his heart set on joining Premier League rivals Aston Villa in this transfer window.
Aston Villa are interested in signing both Axel Disasi and Joao Felix, who have been substitutes under Enzo Maresca this season.
Disasi has made just four starts in the Premier League, while Felix has only managed to make three.
Villa have contacted Chelsea about signing Felix, despite the forward only arriving at Stamford Bridge last summer.

Axel Disasi only considering Aston Villa
Villa are also working on signing Felix’s Chelsea teammate Disasi. It has been claimed that Villa have already reached an agreement with Disasi.
That is in line with what Fabrizio Romano is reporting, with the transfer guru sharing on X that Disasi has said yes to the Villans and is not considering other options from England and Italy.
Chelsea could be set for a very busy end to the transfer window in terms of exits and arrivals.
According to Romano, Chelsea could yet sign Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich as the French youngster continues to be overlooked by Vincent Kompany.

What have Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley said about Axel Disasi?
Chelsea bought Disasi from AS Monaco in 2023 and had high expectations for the defender.
Chelsea’s co-sporting director Laurence Stewart knew Disasi well from his time as technical director at Monaco, and upon the Frenchman’s arrival at Stamford Bridge, he and Chelsea’s other co-sporting director Paul Winstanley said (via Chelsea’s official website): “Axel has showcased his quality over several seasons in France and that has deservedly led to recognition on the international stage.
“He is ready to take the next step in his career and we are delighted that will be with Chelsea. We welcome him to the club and look forward to him joining up with Mauricio Pochettino and his new teammates in the days ahead.”
Blues supporters have rarely seen that quality this season. Again, the 26-year-old has barely played in the Premier League and when he has Maresca has used him at right-back on occasions.
There, Disasi has really struggled, which is not really his fault. Whatever the case, his signing will not go down as a success.
After one season and a half, the France international could already be on his way out of Chelsea. He is likely to leave on loan, but it is hard to see there being a way back for him under Maresca.
