Inter Milan are reportedly waiting for Chelsea to make an offer for Denzel Dumfries.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the San Siro chain of command are sitting patiently in anticipation for a move from Todd Boehly for the Dutch international.
Dumfries has apparently become the subject of interest from Boehly and his team again, due to the fresh injury suffered by Reece James.
James is likely to be out for another month, after potentially damaging the same knee that kept him side-lined from October to December against Bournemouth last week.

Chelsea determined to sign Dumfries
With Cesar Azpilicueta the only real recognised senior right-back, Graham Potter might be asking his employer for additional cover in this area.
Hence why Dumfries is seemingly on Boehly’s radar once more, having been previously linked with him in the lead up to the January window.
Now it is said that the Chelsea owner will go after the full-back, with Inter ready to listen to his proposal.
Corriere dello Sport claim the Italian side value their defender between £44m and £53m.

In the current market, and compared to what the Blues might be about to spend on Enzo Fernandez, this isn’t a bad price at all.
Especially considering the quality Dumfries possess in his locker, as demonstrated during the World Cup.
Dean Ashton described the wing-back as ‘outstanding’ following his performance against the USA in the round of 16.
His power and pace are similar to that of James’, which would make him a decent understudy for the absent Chelsea academy graduate.
