Report: If 23-year-old decides to leave, Chelsea are now the most likely side to sign him

Reports have claimed that Chelsea are the favourites to sign AC Milan star Rafael Leao if he doesn’t sign a new contract.

According to GiveMeSport, the Blues are ahead to their fellow chasing sides, but everything relies on whether the winger signs a new deal to stay with his current club.
