Reports suggest that Todd Boehly is willing to spend another huge sum of money to secure five more signings this summer.
According to The Telegraph, they are still looking to secure deals for Wesley Fofana, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Frenkie de Jong, Anthony Gordon and Cesare Casadei before the window slams shut.
The Blues have enjoyed one of the more hectic transfer windows in club history, with it being the first under the new owners.
They have already announced five signings this summer, with Casadei expected to make it six later today.
However, The Telegraph have claimed their work is not done, with them set to be the frontrunners in a huge set of transfers leading up to deadline day.
The club are reportedly meeting the representatives of Aubameyang today, as they get closer to striking a deal with Barcelona.

Despite progressions on one front, the club have stalled in their advances for De Jong, with him still adamant to stay at the La Liga side.
Fofana is the name many fans are hoping they see come through the door before the window ends, with the Blues considering making him the most expensive defender in history.
His contract situation at the King Power stadium is making things difficult for him to get his dream move, with Leicester unsurprisingly playing hardball over their starlet.
Gordon is a name which seemingly came out of nowhere as a target for the Blues, however is not so crazy when looking deeper at Chelsea’s transfer business.
The club are reportedly open to letting Christian Pulisic, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Hakim Ziyech this summer, and could therefore need recruitments when the fixtures begin to pile up.
Overall, supporters will be delighted with the first summer under the new owners, and will be excited about the future windows given how they have begun their era.
