Speaking on an Instagram Live, the 18-year-old said: “What do I think about Werner coming in? I think Werner is a really good player.

“He is really fast, strong, he can score a lot of goals.

I’ve watched him a lot of [his games] on YouTube, he is quite good.

“That is a good signing, I think.”

Recently, The Athletic’s Chelsea correspondent Liam Twomey has reiterated on Twitter that Werner has already “said yes to joining Chelsea” last Thursday.

“There is not much else to say until the clubs feel in positions to announce it,” he added.

It’s understandable why some Chelsea fans just can’t wait or even get anxious over the transfer announcement.

Who wouldn’t get excited over the prospect of a 30-goal striker joining their club?
