Chelsea have contacted some clubs in the last few hours to offer them the chance to sign Trevoh Chalobah.

That is according to some breaking transfer speculation.

Trevoh Chalobah, who’s yet to play a minute this season due to injury, has been linked with a potential exit from Stamford Bridge recently.

If sold, the 24-year-old defender would bring in pure profit on the balance sheet because he’s a product of the Blues academy at Cobham.

Alfredo Pedulla has claimed that Chelsea offered Chalobah to Italian giants AC Milan ‘in the last few hours’.

It is explained that the English centre-back has been offered to Serie A rivals Napoli, too.

The report added that the Blues defender wants to leave Stamford Bridge and is assessing his next step.

La Gazzetta dello Sport recently claimed that Napoli made an enquiry to see if Chelsea would consider doing business for Chalobah this month. It seem like the answer is categorically yes!

This comes after TEAMtalk reported that Chelsea could be prepared to sell Chalobah for around £25million.

We think Chalobah’s good enough to get back in the Chelsea side when he’s fit again, but the writing may be on the wall for his transfer exit if speculation is true.

Speaking via Chelsea’s official YouTube account last week, Blues head coach Mauricio Pochettino confirmed that Chalobah is back in training with the squad. Has he played his final game for the club, though?

Our guess is that Chalobah be a big success if he went over to Italy. He could take big inspiration from the way Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have performed for Milan since moving to the San Siro last year.
