As of now, it looks like Napoli striker and Chelsea target Victor Osimhen will be moving to Al-Ahli.
Victor Osimhen is set to join Al-Ahli, with the Saudi Arabian club working on some final details to make things official.
However, there does look like there could be a bit of deadline day drama with Osimhen, though that is going to come down to what Chelsea want to do it seems.
The Blues have alternatives, with Brentford’s Ivan Toney being another striker whom they have been heavily linked with recently.

Chelsea barely alive in Victor Osimhen race
With nothing signed yet, there is still a very slim chance of Chelsea signing Osimhen, who is still giving the club a bit of hope.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs, while Al-Ahli’s offer of around €80m (£67m) for Osimhen has been accepted, the 25-year-old is waiting to see whether Chelsea will counter the Saudi Arabian club’s contract proposal.
With Chelsea’s tight wage structure, though, it is unlikely that the Blues will go anywhere close to what Al-Ahli are offering.
It means the club will probably have to turn to their alternatives now like Toney. Brentford could sell Toney to Chelsea for £50m before the transfer window closes.
Chelsea could be wasting their time with Victor Osimhen
It would be great if Chelsea managed to turn things around in the race for Osimhen and convince him to join them.
However, that is not going to happen unless the Nigerian is willing to compromise on his wage demands. Up until this point, he has been extremely reluctant to, so Chelsea look to be fighting a losing battle.
Simply put, at this point, Chelsea just seem to be wasting their time on Osimhen, who is clearly attracted by the riches of Saudi Arabia.
With that being the case, the club should just let him go there and focus on someone else like Toney.
