Mauricio Pochettino has dropped a subtle hint that Chelsea could look at signing Harry Kane in the future.
England captain Harry Kane, who’s now 30, completed a remarkable £100million transfer (Sky Sports) this summer from Tottenham to Bayern Munich.
Mauricio Pochettino enjoyed great success at Spurs when he coached Kane, but he’s now in the manager’s dugout at Chelsea this season.
Could we ever see the pair reunited at Stamford Bridge, though?

TalkSPORT reported a few months ago that Pochettino would have loved Chelsea to sign Kane for him this summer.
However, EPSN recently noted that Chelsea never advanced their interest in Kane because they were aware Spurs would never sell to a Premier League rival.
Now, the centre-forward is playing his football in Germany and enjoyed a scoring start on his Bundesliga debut last week for Bayern.

Pochettino hint
It certainly sounds to us like Chelsea’s head coach is suggesting Kane may be a future target for his club.
When discussing Kane during an interview with Alan Shearer for The Athletic, Pochettino said: “I don’t know in the future, but in the past? No. In the future in football, you never know what is going to happen.”
We suspect trying to negotiate a transfer with Bayern would be 100 times easier than with close rivals Spurs.
Kane’s focus right now will be on his new adventure in Germany, but we do wonder if he could be tempted back to the Premier League at a later date. Despite Pochettino’s close relationship with him, our guess is it would be a tall ask to get him in a Chelsea shirt.
