Nicolas Jackson put Chelsea 1-0 up in their Premier League game versus Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.
Nicolas Jackson did not have the best game match against Manchester City last weekend, missing a couple of good chances against the champions.
However, the striker quickly made up for those wasted opportunities at Molineux, scoring in the second minute.
Before the game, Alan Shearer called for Jackson to be given time at Chelsea, with this only being the 23-year-old’s second season in the Premier League.

Nicolas Jackson vs Wolves fans
Wolves supporters would not have been happy after Jackson’s goal against Gary O’Neil’s men.
The Senegal international taunted the home fans following his header, which was picked up by football.london journalist Bobby Vincent.
His goal came at the right time, with Chelsea continuing to be linked with Napoli’s Victor Osimhen.
Chelsea face competition from PSG for Osimhen, but if they manage to sign the 25-year-old before next week’s transfer deadline, it could be bad news for Jackson.
It is why the former Villarreal man needs to score as he looks to prove himself to the new Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca.
Nicolas Jackson’s opener against Wolves
Jackson’s header was a really strong one; it was one that you would expect from a proper centre-forward and a reminder that the Chelsea man can be a threat in the box.
He just needs to be more consistent with his overall finishing and that may come as he grows older. Unfortunately, Maresca cannot wait around forever, so if his finishing does not improve soon and Chelsea go on to sign Osimhen, things could become much more difficult for Jackson.
There is no guarantee that the club will sign Osimhen, though, with it being claimed that Chelsea are considering Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin as an alternative.
Should the former not arrive at Stamford Bridge, you would expect Jackson to continue leading the line for the Blues.
