While no injury news is good for Chelsea, recent reports of one player picking up an issue is an extremely worrying development.
Cole Palmer has recently left the England camp due to an ongoing problem, with him returning to Cobham for treatment and assessment.
While the Blues are reportedly confident that the issue will not be too serious and he could be okay for the next Premier League game against Bournemouth, there is so far no guarantees he will be fit.

Given the fact that he is clearly the most important player Chelsea have, Enzo Maresca will face a difficult task replacing him if the decision is required.
The Chelsea Chronicle have predicted how the Blues could line up on the South Coast if they are without Palmer for that game.
How Chelsea could line up without Cole Palmer
Robert Sanchez will of course remain in goal after being declared the Premier League goalkeeper for now.
With injuries plaguing the right-back role too, Moises Caicedo will make the move to play the unconventional role.
Wesley Fofana has avoided injury up to now, and will continue his run of starting every game this season in the Premier League.
His partner all season has been Levi Colwill, and that will continue against Bournemouth.
At left-back, Marc Cucurella will continue to keep Renato Veiga out of the starting side.
With no Caicedo in midfield, Chelsea will be hopeful Romeo Lavia has recovered from his early-season injury woes and is able to start.
If so, he will be partnered in the middle of the park by Enzo Fernandez, continuing as acting captain in Reece James’ absence.

In Palmer’s usual position, Christopher Nkunku will find his way back into the starting side for the first time domestically since the opening day of the season.
The right-wing will be occupied by Noni Madueke, whose great start to the season has been rewarded with an international call-up.
The opposite wing will see Pedro Neto start, as he continues to get to grips with his new side.
Up front, Nicolas Jackson will be looking to make it three goals in as many games in the Premier League.
