Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has told The 5th Stand that he is more than happy being at Stamford Bridge.
The midfielder’s contract expires this summer, and there have so far been no breakthroughs in extending the deal beyond this season.
With N’golo Kante in a similar situation, there is a real fear that the middle of the park will have a completely new look at Stamford Bridge.

This season has seen the Italy international continue as an important member of the first team, especially as the Blues have looked to integrate Conor Gallagher alongside him.
There have been reports that some at Chelsea are fearful that Jorginho has been running down his contract at the club, in order to secure a guaranteed move back to Serie A next summer.
Despite that, he has now claimed that he is really enjoying being a Chelsea player.
Jorginho enjoying being at Chelsea
He said: “I’m very happy at the moment we’re all very focused on what we need to do.
“I’m enjoying life here. I’m enjoying working with everyone and I think everybody says the same thing. It’s enjoyable to be at Chelsea.”
The Italy international has seemingly been a divisive figure amongst the Chelsea fan base since he joined the club.

While some feel his lack of pace and agility is replaceable, it can’t be denied how much better the team look on the ball with him in the team.
There are very few figures in football that offer similar traits that Jorginho does, and replacing what he brings to the club is very difficult.
While the Blues are linked to top players such as Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice, it is difficult to see either talent as a direct replacement for the 30-year-old, which could cause a shift in style at Stamford Bridge.
