The agent of David Datro Fofana has told VG via Fabrizio Romano that his client was dreaming of a move to Chelsea.
The Ivorian striker is set to move to Stamford Bridge in January after the club agreed terms with Molde over the transfer.
It is currently unclear whether Fofana will be a first team option straight away, however there is certainly a chance that he has been signed with an eye towards the future.

The Blues will be surely likely to strengthen their options that are available this season however, after Armando Broja suffered an injury that has ruled him out for the rest of the campaign.
The addition of Fofana however certainly suits the mantra that Todd Boehly is bringing to Stamford Bridge.
Fofana dreamt of Chelsea
In his time with the club, he has signed a number of players that are intended to start for the team in a few years’ time.
His first window in charge of the club saw him bring in Gabriel Slonina, Cesare Casadei and Omari Hutchinson, with the latter even pushing for a start in the coming games.
Fofana’s agent, Atta Aneke, has claimed that the signing of young stars such as the Ivorian is an exciting prospect.

He said: “Chelsea want to sign the best young talents in the world, it’s clear — for David, it was a dream”.
“Chelsea have a very clear plan on how to make them succeed, they want to proceed with top talents as best as possible”.
It appears as if the signings of young superstars for the future are not done for this transfer window either. The Blues are reportedly close to bringing in Andrey Santos from Vasco de Gama, with the 18-year-old to join for a fee in total of around £20m.
