Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Moises Caicedo has now informed Liverpool he does not want to join them over Chelsea this summer.
He took to Twitter to state that the player has decided to only accept the Blues’ personal terms this summer.
The Caicedo saga continues to take turn after turn, off the back of a sensational 24 hours of battling between two of England’s biggest teams.

Last night, Liverpool agreed a deal with Brighton to bring the Ecuador international in this summer, after blowing Chelsea’s nine-figure reported bid out the water.
However, suspicions on if the deal would happen arose when it emerged this morning that he was still in London, and had not yet travelled for his medical.
Caicedo chooses Chelsea
Jurgen Klopp even admitted in his press conference this morning that he was unsure if personal terms would be agreed between his club and the player.
Now, Romano has claimed that Caicedo has informed the Reds that he wants to play at Stamford Bridge next season.
He said: “EXCLUSIVE: Moisés Caicedo has just informed Liverpool that he only wants to join Chelsea!

“Caicedo has decided to keep his word and only accept Chelsea as personal terms were agreed since end of May. Chelsea, set to bid again in order to get deal done with Brighton.”
Obviously, a deal at this stage relies on Chelsea agreeing a fee with Brighton, a stage of negotiations that has evaded them at this point.
However, now knowing the player’s desire to play for them is real, it will surely inspire them to cough up the cash and make him the club’s biggest signing in history.
