Another man who is impressing after a difficult start has to be the scintillating Senegalese striker, Nicolas Jackson.

He added to his goal tally in the Everton romping, firing home a neat half-volley from a Marc Cucurella cross. But that wasn’t what he will be remembered for in this fixture, with the now infamous penalty spat between the striker, Cole Palmer, Noni Madueke and, the captain on the night, Conor Gallager.
