Chelsea came from behind to earn a draw in the weekend trip to Manchester United in the Premier League, and there’s no doubt that Moises Caicedo was the star of the show.

Chelsea struggled to find their best form at Old Trafford on Sunday. Thankfully, Blues midfielder Moises Caicedo was in the mood and led the way with an eye-catching display in a 1-1 draw.

Caicedo, 23, scored his first goal of the season with a stunning volley from outside the penalty box to equalise at Man United.vThe Ecuador international appears to be going from strength to strength in the Blues midfield, especially since being paired alongside Romeo Lavia.

Graham Potter claimed Caicedo is now showing his true quality at Chelsea after a bit of a slow start at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea favourite Thiago Silva reacts to Moises Caicedo performance vs Manchester United

Thiago Silva, who left Chelsea in the summer after four excellent years, was a teammate of Caicedo last season.

Without doubt, Caicedo has been one of Chelsea’s most impressive players in the last few months.

It’s no surprise to see he ranks high on WhoScored’s ratings of Chelsea’s best performers in the Premier League this season.

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca claims Caicedo is improving loads after his most recent performance in the Man United draw. At the age of 23, it’s incredibly exciting to think that the best may be yet to come from the box-to-box central midfielder.

Now that the Blues have a great foundation in midfield with Caicedo and Lavia, they’re finding it a lot easier to get on top in games.
