Reports have claimed that Crystal Palace attacker Michael Olise would really struggle to turn down an offer from Chelsea if one came in.

According to The Athletic, the winger is looking to be offered regular football in the first team from his next move.

Reports in the last couple of weeks have seen Olise tipped to get a move to a big Premier League team this summer, something his talents have certainly threatened since moving to the top flight.

He has previously been described as ‘unbelievable’ by Ian Wright, and has impressed many with his ability on the ball at Selhurst Park.

The Blues are one of the clubs interested in a deal that could only cost them £35m, based on his reported release clause.

Manchester City have also been linked, with the void left by the recently departed Riyad Mahrez clear to see.

However, it has been claimed recently that Chelsea are confident they will win the race to his signature.

It seems as if the project at the club is something that is attractive to the French star, and he would struggle to say no to the Blues if an offer to sign him comes in.

Reports have claimed that Mauricio Pochettino’s side are looking to wait and see how bad the recent injury he has suffered recently before deciding whether they want to activate his release clause.

An attacking player could be higher on the agenda than imagined for the Blues this summer after pre-season, and in particular the fortunes of Raheem Sterling and Noni Madueke.

The former Manchester City man struggled to impress in any of his outings in America, whilst Madueke didn’t actually make an appearance for the Blues as they went unbeaten on their tour.
