Napoli want Romelu Lukaku
The Blues’ interest in bringing him in is likely somewhat related to the fact that Napoli are reportedly very keen on the addition of Romelu Lukaku.
It has been claimed that the Serie A side have a verbal agreement to sign Lukaku, with more talks over the final details to take place in the coming days before Friday’s deadline.
Chelsea will be looking to move on a number of players in the coming days on either permanent or temporary deals.
The main name mentioned in this camp is Raheem Sterling, with him seeming to be nowhere near the plans of new manager Enzo Maresca.
Sterling would reportedly be open to a move to Manchester United, however it feels as if that would be a difficult one to pull off before Friday.
