Tyrique George is one of Chelsea’s most exciting academy prospects who is expected to play for the senior side against Barrow in the EFL Cup on Tuesday.
George is still part of the Blues’ Under-21s but he has trained with the first team regularly in recent weeks, alongside Josh Acheampong.
Noni Madueke said recently that the youngster has ‘got everything to be a fantastic winger’ and Chelsea supporters will be eager to see for themselves.
He is not expected to start against Barrow, as Mykhailo Mudryk is given one last chance to impress, but he should come on in the second half.
