Bournemouth must be delighted with how Kepa Arrizabalaga has performed for them since he joined from Chelsea last summer, and now the Premier League side is eyeing another transfer raid on Stamford Bridge.
Kepa Arrizabalaga has been on the books of Chelsea since 2018, but he’s been loaned out by them in back-to-back seasons.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper spent the 2023/24 campaign with Real Madrid. Meanwhile, he’s currently enjoying a season-long loan stint on the South Coast with Bournemouth.
Kepa has kept four clean sheets in 14 Premier League appearances so far this term for a Bournemouth side that sits seventh in the division table.
Bournemouth will try to buy Kepa next summer on a permanent basis once his loan deal expires, but Chelsea will make a big loss on the £71m they coughed up for him.

Bournemouth want versatile Chelsea man Renato Veiga
According to The Daily Mail, Premier League clubs Bournemouth and Wolverhampton Wanderers are both keen on signing Chelsea’s Renato Veiga in this current transfer window.
It is explained that the 21-year-old Blues youngster is on the radar of Stuttgart, Napoli and Juventus, too.
The report says that Veiga, who only joined Chelsea last summer in a £12m deal, could already leave Stamford Bridge on a permanent basis.
Apparently, Bournemouth can only sign Veiga if it’s on a permanent deal because they already have Spanish gloveman Kepa on loan.
Even though Veiga is still only in his debut season at Stamford Bridge, he’s tipped with a potential move. We’re not too keen on the idea because the Portugal international is young, skilful and extremely versatile. He’s already proven he can fill in at centre-half, left-back or defensive midfield this season.
Chelsea has offered Veiga to Juventus and are now willing to let him go, so it’ll be interesting to see where Bournemouth fall in this transfer saga.

What Chelsea fans think of Renato Veiga speculation
A selection of Chelsea supporters on social media agree that the club should forget about allowing Veiga to leave in the New Year.
Here are many Blues fans on X discussing their left-footed player:
One fan wrote: “It will be very unfortunate if we let him go.”
“We are not selling. Wolves and Bournemouth should look elsewhere,” another claimed.
One supporter posted: “What happens when Marc Cucurella goes injured or something? Don’t we ever learn?”
“Why do they think Chelsea would even consider selling?” another added.
We agree with the consensus that allowing Veiga to leave midway through this season could definitely backfire on Chelsea, so they should reconsider their transfer plan for him. He’s already played 17 times across all competitions in the first half of the season, which is proof he provides some useful depth in the squad.
