Chelsea have looked at a variety of wide players during this transfer window, while they have also been linked with multiple strikers.
It comes after Mykhailo Mudryk’s suspension and Nicolas Jackson’s barren run in front of goal in the Premier League.
Heading into tonight’s game against West Ham United, Jackson has scored just once in his last nine outings.
Two attackers whom Chelsea have been linked with over the last few weeks are Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho and Bayern Munich’s Mathys Tel. Tel was never convinced about joining Chelsea, though.

Mathys Tel set for Tottenham move
While Tel was not keen on a move to Chelsea, he now seems to be more than happy to join their London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
The winger had initially rejected a switch to Spurs, but he is now set to join them in a blow to Chelsea.
According to the reliable Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham have agreed a deal with Bayern to sign Tel on loan.
Tottenham have a good relationship with Bayern, so agreeing a loan deal or permanent transfer never seemed like a problem. Rather, it was convincing Tel to join, which Ange Postecoglou now seems to have done.

Laurence Stewart a fan of Mathys Tel
One person at Chelsea who will be disappointed about Tel’s move to Tottenham is co-sporting director Laurence Stewart.
Stewart is a fan of Tel and was likely the figure at Stamford Bridge who was trying to sign him.
Tel has barely played this season, hence his desire to leave Bayern. In total, the 19-year-old has made just two starts in the Bundesliga.
Nevertheless, Tel remains a wide player with a lot of potential. “He is a great talent who is an important player for us,” Bayern’s sporting director Christoph Freund was recently quoted as saying by The Athletic.
Unfortunately for Stewart, that great talent is not coming to Chelsea today. But with the Frenchman only joining Tottenham on loan, maybe it is something the Blues can revisit in the summer.
