Chelsea remain interested in Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho after adding him to their shortlist in January.
It is being reported that suitors now believe that United could sell Garnacho for just £40m this summer.
That valuation will put Chelsea on high alert, but before they can sign the 21-year-old, it looks like they will need to sanction a couple of exits first.
While Chelsea are interested in Garnacho, United are thought to be monitoring Nicolas Jackson.

Chelsea need to sell Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson before signing Alejandro Garnacho
Jackson moving to United would help facilitate Garnacho’s potential move to Chelsea in this transfer window.
According to ESPN, while the Blues are tracking the Argentina international, they need to offload Jackson and Christopher Nkunku before signing him.
A swap deal involving Jackson and Garnacho has not been ruled out either. Jackson was a key player for Enzo Maresca last season, making 37 appearances in all competitions, but Chelsea are open to parting ways with the 24-year-old after the transfer business that they have done.
The Blues have recruited Joao Pedro and Liam Delap, two options to play up front. They have ultimately made Jackson redundant.
It has been claimed that Jackson is not against the idea of joining United ahead of the start of the new campaign.

Alejandro Garnacho’s preference this summer
If Chelsea put themselves in a position to sign Garnacho, it is unlikely that the United star will say no to them.
ESPN’s report states that Garnacho’s priority is remaining in the Premier League. In the past, it has been alleged that Garnacho is particularly keen on joining Chelsea.
The Blues have assembled a really young and exciting attack and could add to it with the signing of Garnacho, Xavi Simons or perhaps even both.
Simons is also a target for Chelsea, who seem intent on building on their. All in all, everything is pointing towards the world champions recruiting at least one more attacker before the transfer window slams shut.
