Chelsea are about to wrap up deals for Brighton & Hove Albion’s Joao Pedro and Borussia Dortmund’s Jamie Gittens but may not stop there.
Despite closing in on two new attackers, Chelsea remain interested in West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus.
In fact, it has been claimed that Chelsea have already made a proposal for Kudus, who is one of the Hammers’ top players.
However, before the Blues can complete a deal, it looks like there is something that they must do first.

Chelsea need to sell players before signing Mohammed Kudus
Kudus has changed agents, so it appears that the versatile attacker is eyeing a transfer this summer.
Before Chelsea can sign him, though, there is a belief that they will have to offload some of their current players, reports the Daily Mail.
The Conference League winners have a whole list of footballers who are no longer wanted at the club, including the likes of Raheem Sterling, Joao Felix and Ben Chilwell.
But getting rid of such names who are on big money is easier said than done. Christopher Nkunku is another name that could also depart Stamford Bridge during this transfer window.
Nkunku has reportedly been offered to Arsenal, who have also been linked with Nicolas Jackson.

Chelsea face competition from Premier League rivals for Mohammed Kudus’ signature
Chelsea’s need to sell players is not the only thing that could prevent them from signing Kudus.
Kudus has other admirers, with the same Daily Mail report stating that Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Newcastle United have also shown interest in the 24-year-old.
Given the amount of attacking options Chelsea will have once they complete the signings of Pedro and Gittens, Kudus may prefer going somewhere else where there is less competition.
You would not rule it out, but Enzo Maresca getting his hands on Pedro, Gittens and Kudus all in the same transfer window would be quite surprising. But that could be a very exciting attack.
